Stall Holder Application Form

Market Stall holders and Food Vendors please complete the relevant application form below to ensure your place at our event on 12 October 2024.

PLEASE NOTE - To ensure a variety of food options for our visitors, we will confirm food vendor applications by 1 Sept 2024. If unsuccessful, we will refund your payment.

It is your responsibility to read the information pack outlined below prior to submitting your application form.

INFORMATION PACK

Acceptance

Payments must accompany this form for your application to be considered.

Applications close on 1 October 2024. After this date, we cannot guarantee acceptance of your stall.

Cost of stalls

  • Market stalls - $40/site (incl GST)

  • Food stalls - $50/site (incl GST)

Bump In / Bump Out Times

Street Markets - Dandaloo & Burroway Streets 7:30am-2:30pm

Music Festival - New venue TBC 2:30pm - 10pm TBC

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All stall holder cancellations are NON REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.

The Dolly Festival will not be liable for the loss incurred by a stall holder or for the refund of any fees if the event does not proceed for any or all of the program due to inclement weather or any other factor beyond the control of the Narromine Dolly Parton Festival committee.

Market and Food Stall Sites

Sites will vary, but will be approx 3m x 3m.

If you require additional space please ensure you have booked an additional site. Please note - Each site, ie 3m x 3m, will incur the relevant fee.

Stall holders are responsible for supplying their own equipment, and all other items required for customer service. The Narromine Dolly Parton Festival will not be supplying any equipment.

Stall holders are responsible for the disposal of all rubbish at the conclusion of the event and must return site to original condition.

Stall holders will receive confirmation emails detailing Bump-In, Bump-Out times, food service times, toilet locations and crowd estimate details based on tickets sold at time.

Stalls must not be pulled down prior to bump out time or after consultation with the committee.

If a food vendor or market stall holder would like to attend the Street Party and the Festival evening event they will be charged for each event.

Parking

All vehicles must be removed from the Street Party and/or evening event site and parked in parking areas by designated time.

Power / Lighting & Equipment Requirements

All stallholders are required to supply own power and generators if required.

If you are a food vendor at the evening event, please allow for lighting and ensure your area is sufficiently lit to prepare and serve food.

All stall holders must supply their own water.

Inspections

Site inspections will occur on the day to ensure all stall holders are compliant and ready to have a great day!

Wet Weather

If the event is cancelled due to wet weather it will be posted on the Narromine Dolly Parton Festival website.

Work, Health & Safety

First aid and fire extinguisher locations will be marked on your site map in the confirmation pack.
