Terms and Conditions *

1. Attendance & Punctuality I will arrive on time for all rostered shifts and notify the Narromine Dolly Parton Festival Committee as early as possible if my availability changes. I will arrive 10 minutes early to my first shift to receive any necessary instructions. 2. Professional Conduct I will perform my duties under the guidance of the Festival Committee, behave responsibly, and not attend any shifts under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 3. Communication & Safety If I feel unable or uncomfortable with any task, or if I am injured while volunteering, I will promptly inform my supervisor. 4. Teamwork & Cooperation I will work cooperatively with committee members and other volunteers, following all safety procedures and festival guidelines. 5. Customer Service I will represent the festival positively, offering helpful and friendly assistance to the public at all times. 6. Voluntary Nature of Role I understand that my involvement is on a voluntary basis and that I will not be paid for my services.
